Hello Families,
If you are picking your child up at regular dismissal or earlier, we ask you to complete this electronic form for each student in your household daily.
Any changes in DAYCARE or BUS, please fill out this form.
Please complete one form per child for current day of dismissal. Please submit the form by 12:00 pm (Noon) the day you are picking up your child. We can not accept phone calls/ emails regarding dismissal after 1:00pm as there is no guarantee your child's teacher will receive the message in time.
*In the event of an Early Closing due to weather or an emergency, we will not place your child on the bus unless we hear from you.
